Custom Product Process Document

Shenzhen Ensobo Desiccant Co., Ltd.

1. Purpose

To standardize the full-process management of custom products from demand receipt to delivery, ensure the accurate implementation of customers’ personalized requirements, and achieve seamless connection among design, production and quality inspection links.

2. Job Responsibilities of Each Department of Our Company

Sales Department

Confirm requirements and quantity with customers, sign custom contracts, and follow up on production progress.

Purchasing Department

Purchase materials according to customers’ orders upon receiving the advance deposit of sales orders.

Production Department

Carry out production in accordance with customers’ requirements for custom layout, formula and process.

Quality Department

Conduct special inspection on custom products to ensure compliance with customer standards.

Order Fulfillment Department

Arrange logistics according to the customer’s delivery time.

3. Order Placing Process and Quality Control for Custom Products

Confirm product requirements, place an order in accordance with the minimum order quantity of our products, sign a contract, and prepay a 30% deposit of the payment for goods plus plate-making fee.
Upon receiving the deposit, the customer shall send the custom design layout to our company. We will arrange the supplier to typeset the layout, send the layout pictures to the customer for confirmation after typesetting, and arrange plate making upon the customer’s confirmation of correctness. Meanwhile, the customer shall send a power of attorney to our company. Please refer to the attachment for the power of attorney template.
The supplier may confirm with the customer via video or pictures during plate making, and arrange mass printing upon the customer’s confirmation of correctness.
After our company receives the packaging materials with custom layout, the Quality Department will conduct a strict inspection to confirm the quality. After the quality inspection is passed, we will arrange to send a pre-production sample of the bulk goods to the customer for confirmation, and arrange the production of bulk goods upon the customer’s confirmation of correctness.
The balance payment shall be paid in full before delivery.
If the customer needs testing, our company can arrange desiccant performance testing with conventional layout.

Power of Attorney

Party A, the sole owner of the complete copyright of the image of “______” as well as the exclusive right to use the trademark and other intellectual property rights related to the relevant products and services (Unified Social Credit Code: ______), hereby grants the authorization as follows.

Party A agrees to grant the following authorization:

Authorized Product Scope: Party A authorizes Party B to use the image of “______” on the outer packaging of desiccant products.
Authorization Term: From the date of signing this Power of Attorney until Party A places a new order.

In summary, the rights and interests enjoyed by Party B in the authorized region in respect of the authorized content are legal and valid. Party A shall be liable for any copyright defects. In case the layout infringes upon the trademark of a third party, resulting in Party B being sued or complained against, Party A shall bear all the resulting expenses including compensation, attorney fees, litigation fees, property preservation fees and travel expenses. All legal disputes arising therefrom shall have no relation to Party B.
